Package III- CONSULTING
This package entails:
One 2-hour in-person meeting to give you a start in the planning process (includes an
assessment, wedding to-do checklist, review or set up budget, etc.). The rest is up to you!
***Any additional meeting hours run a rate of $125/hr.

What is the difference between a Wedding Planner vs. Coordinator?
The biggest thing to note is that a DAY-OF COORDINATOR is not involved in wedding design or recommending vendors (as a FULL-SERVICE PLANNER would). While a FULL-SERVICE PLANNER would start with you day one of engagement, a DAY-OF COORDINATOR comes on board 6-weeks to your wedding, primarily focusing on logistics and organization (fine-tuning your timeline, jumping in with vendor communication when needed, etc.).
What form of payment do you accept and do you have a payment plan?
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve this package and date. [Example: $875.00 total requires a $218.75 retainer fee/down payment]. This amount will transfer to a new date should unforeseen circumstances arise. I accept payments via cash, check, or online payment through Venmo.
Together I will always create a payment schedule that will work for you.

After contacting me, the first thing would be to meet in person to make sure that our personalities mesh and that we would both like to work together. If we find that we are a good fit for each other then we will sign the contract and start planning or coordinating your fabulous wedding!
What is the desired time frame for Full-Planning package? Day-Of-Coordinating?
For the FULL-PLANNER PACKAGE, I require at least 10 months to 1 year in advance from the wedding date. Anything less will require an increase in price.
For DAY-OF-COORDINATING, I require 90 days from the wedding date upon availability.
Do you travel outside of Southwest Michigan?
I do not offer my full planning package outside of Michigan, but I do offer Day-of-Coordinating!!
